WUHAN, April 29 (Xinhua) -- The construction of 2019 Military World Games village has been completed and accepted in Wuhan on Monday. The village which will be put into service, is so far the first one specially built for Military World Games.

Located in the bank of Huangjia Lake, in Jiangxia district of Wuhan, the village covers an area of more than 565,000 square meters, including 30 blocks, restaurants and other facilities. The village can provide 10,000 athletes 1,900 suites and flats, and offer accommodation service as well.

There are eight types of the apartments, form 105 square meters to 165 square meters, each offers four to seven beds, two bathrooms, one hall, one dinning room and one kitchen. Accessibility facilities are also provided across the flat.

Stepping into the village, modern Chinese style has been widely used in architecture, environmental design, and interior design. Especially the Chinese garden design leaps the eyes, both indicate Chinese traditional style and Chinese Chu culture, which is an ancient regional culture in central China.

The construction of Military World Games village started on March 2017. Up to now, the housing decoration and landscaping have been finished.
